「”あなたの代わりはいくらでもいる”という世の中にどんどんなっているような気がしていて、そうなればなるほど”私にとってあなたしかいない”という存在がとてもありがたいなあと。
そんなテーマで楽曲制作に入りました。そうなると、これはいわゆるラブソングになるのかなと思いながら、とはいえ自分なんかがラブソングを書くとしたらどんな事を歌えばいいのか、、、、、、と考えた結果、大切なのは”一緒にいた時間”でした。」

“I feel like we’re living in a world where ‘there are so many people to replace you,’
and the more that happens, the more I’m grateful that there’s someone who is ‘the only one for me.’
I started writing songs with that theme in mind. So I thought it might become a so-called love song,
but when I thought about what I should sing about if I were to write a love song, I just decided that the important thing was
‘the time we spent together.'”
